RETURNS & REFUNDS
Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in the same “as new” condition will be eligible for a full refund.
If you wish to return your item(s), please send an email to info@creamy-studio.com with your order number on the subject and we will provide pick up / drop off / send information.
CREAMY-STUDIO.COM accepts the return of items if you are not completely satisfied or if the item is defective in any way.
However, it must not show any signs of use and must be returned with the tags.
After receiving the items, CREAMY STUDIO reserves the right to refuse the return if the item does not meet the requirements of the above policy.
Returns will be processed within 5 to 7 working days of receipt of the item, and the refund will be made within 14 working days.
We do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to receive a different size or style, please place a new order on our website and return the existing order for a refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
